Rachana Banerjee is one of the most famous and beautiful actresses in Bengali and Oriya films. She has also acted in many films of different languages like Bengali, Oriya, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.

She has also shared the screen opposite many leading actors of her time.

She was born on 2 October, 1978. She is from Kolkata.

She acted with Prosenjit in most of her Bengali movies and she acted with Siddhant Mohapatra in most of her Oriya movies. The couples was very popular and man\de many successful movies.

Her first Oriya movie was “Sagara Ganga”. Since then she appeared in so many Oriya movies and became one of the most popular actresses in Oriya films (Ollywood Film Industry). Rachana Banerjee has appeared in more than 35 Bengali movies. She also acted in numerous Tamil and Telugu movies.

Rachana Banerjee married Siddhant Mohapatra who was her co-star in Oriya Film Industry. But later they divorced. Later she married Mr. Probal Basu and they have a son.

Now, she is about 34 years but still she looks like a teenage girl. Her slim figure and ever smiling face helps her not to reveal her age. She is the heartthrob of thousand of people in Bengal. Nowadays she is hosting a Game Show named “Didi No.1” on Bengali Television channel “Zee Bangla”

She has worked with almost all leading actors of her time.

To me, she is one of the most beautiful, cute, hot and talented Bengali women having well maintained slim and attractive figure. She looks gorgeous in Saree. She is one of my favourite Bengali women.
